Overtime is not guaranteed.\nEmployment with Freudenberg will be subject to background check and drug screen.\nRole Responsibilities:\nCheck and read orders to verify kit number, quantity, quality, and bag\nPull staged parts and use set-up sheets and inspection boards to set up the kit-veyor for production runs\nVerify first-piece run for quality inspection and perform random quality checks during the run\nComplete required documentation and make minor equipment adjustments as needed to ensure efficient operation\nNotify Lead Person or Senior Group Leader of problems needing immediate attention\nIdentify and/or initiate action to prevent nonconformities related to product, process, and quality system\nQualifications:\n2+ years of production or assembly experience\nHigh School Diploma, technical training, or equivalent\nHigh level of commitment and flexibility\nWillingness and ability to work shifts\nWillingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nCommitment to quality, service, and reliability\nInitiative and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude\nFreudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
