This is accomplished over a number of rotational assignments in the following areas: Commercial Finance, Technical Operations Finance, R&D Finance, and Controlling & Accounting. FRDP participants may have an opportunity to conduct a rotational assignment in Basel, Switzerland.\nThese rotational assignments are designed to provide new hires with challenging assignments\nDeveloped to provide training in both technical and leadership areas.\nThe goal of the program is to develop highly talented future finance leaders within the company.\nGenentech will support the participant's career development.\nWho You Are:\nPreferred Qualifications:\nEducation: Graduate Degree in Business Administration\n4-6 years of work experience prior to graduate school in finance, consulting, or drug development preferred\nPrior work experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries preferred\nStrong quantitative and analytical skills\nProven ability and experience in effectively interacting with executives and senior leaders\nDemonstrated leadership skills and experience\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nThe global grade for this position is SE6\nRelocation benefits are available for this position.\nThe expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California of $116,800 to $216,80. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
