Overview
E57 Partners is partnering with a private equity sponsor to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a newly formed specialty manufacturing company based in the Logan / Salt Lake City, Utah area.
The business was recently acquired through a carve-out and is now operating as a standalone entity. A new CEO has been brought in, and the organization is in the early stages of building out its leadership team and infrastructure.
This CFO will be the first full-time finance leader and the second executive hire for the company. The mandate is clear: build the accounting and finance function from the ground up while supporting the business through its next phase of growth and value creation.
This is a true build opportunity—ideal for a CFO who thrives in blank-slate environments and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to establish structure, process, and visibility from day one.
