The right candidate brings instructional design expertise, creativity, and project management discipline to deliver learning programs that move the needle on real business outcomes; not just completion counts.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Design and DevelopmentDesign and develop engaging learning solutions, performance support tools, and sales enablement programs for global audiencesApply instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance consulting practices to create impactful learning experiencesLead projects through the full development lifecycle, from analysis and design through storyboarding, development, implementation, and evaluationNeeds Analysis and Performance ConsultingConduct learning needs analyses and translate business requirements into effective learning strategiesServe as an internal consultant by identifying performance gaps and recommending learning and non-learning solutionsMeasurement and Continuous ImprovementDevelop measurement and evaluation plans that assess learning effectiveness and business impactResearch and incorporate emerging learning technologies, trends, and best practices into program designsCross Functional Partnership and Project DeliveryCollaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, program managers, and fellow learning professionals to build high-quality solutionsUse project management skills to deliver learning initiatives on time and aligned with business objectivesSupport a collaborative global team environment that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvementLead complex, high-visibility learning initiatives and influence senior stakeholders, from defining the learning strategy through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvementCandidate Requirements And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is a plus7–10 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions, ideally including experience with global sales or revenue-generating audiences, is requiredDemonstrated knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and adult learning principles, is requiredStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are requiredAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is requiredExperience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams is requiredStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset are requiredProficiency with modern authoring, multimedia, and digital learning platforms, such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud, is required.
