If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!\nTitan Security is currently hiring a Part-Time Security Lieutenant to work at an Industrial location in Burns Harbor, Indiana.\nResponsibilities include but are no limited to:\nOversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details.\nDevelop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation.\nFill in for the Site Manager (in their absence) or open Shift Security Captain positions.\nTrained to cover any position under their supervision.\nProvide detailed information on vehicle inspections\nDocument departmental pre-operational vehicle checks\nProvide both departmental vehicle inventories and general departmental inventories.\nReview traffic enforcement, specifically including a summary of written tickets.\nProvide a summary of patrol activities.\nConduct and report on an audit of building inspections.\nProvide a summary of active security systems and any equipment impairments.\nOutline a summary of safety concerns.\nDocument a summary of training activities alongside a drill summary.\nReport a summary of gate paperwork discrepancies.\nProvide a summary of generated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications/Benefits Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred. Minimum of 2 of Supervisor Experience and Industrial Security experience. Previous MARSEC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.\nRequired Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.\nPreferred Certifications: CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-10.\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.\nSalary & Benefits: Compensation starting at $19.00 per hour plus paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
