A Subsea Services Operations Engineer is a critical player in ensuring proper planning and execution of post-manufacturing services to our customers. An Operations Engineer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: project execution, product and system troubleshooting, workshop instructions and on-site equipment support, technical documentation, technical planning, customer interface, product design review and validation, product maintenance, upgrade/conversion, repair, and refurbishment.\n\nThis role is for the Project Engineering team supporting Well Control's permanently installed equipment and tools executed in High Bay and Low Bay.\n\n*Job Description*\n* Manages the technical scope of delivering the equipment in the project\n* Develops strong relationships with the shop technicians, customer, Customer Service team, and Installation Engineering team.\n* Participates in the project planning and schedule process.\n* Creates work instructions and engineering documentation to mobilize, refurbish, upgrade/convert, maintain, and preserve equipment.\n* Provides workshop and troubleshooting support for assigned projects.\n* Creates and prepares Service Orders to provide comprehensive instructions to workshop for projects including ownership of part and tooling allocations, task list operations, and applicable documentation.\n* Physical inspection and interaction with equipment in the workshop.\n* Supports Field non-conformance investigations, RCAs, and SN resolution.\n* Consults with other departments on equipment designs and questions.
