You'll partner with business leaders and technical teams to establish data standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and create a roadmap for the future of our data ecosystem.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise data architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices.\nCreate conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business applications and analytics.\nDevelop strategies for data warehousing, data acquisition, data integration, archiving, and recovery.\nEvaluate and recommend new data sources, platforms, and technologies to improve scalability and performance.\nDefine data structures, attributes, naming conventions, and governance standards across the organization.\nAnalyze data and statistical information to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and opportunities for improvement.\nResearch and evaluate data sources, assessing reliability, usability, and integration capabilities.\nCollaborate with business unit leaders to understand current and future data needs.\nDesign and develop code solutions to improve applications, reporting, and data processes.\nCreate detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.\nEstablish data architecture foundations that support application development and enterprise systems.\nLead data modeling initiatives and guide teams on best practices for organizing and interpreting data.\nResearch emerging technologies and develop migration strategies for legacy platforms and data structures.\nMentor team members and provide leadership on data architecture, design, and governance initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field required.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nExperience\n10+ years of experience in information architecture, data architecture, data sourcing, distribution analysis, data modeling, and system design.\n10+ years of experience with conceptual and logical data modeling, including relational and dimensional modeling techniques.\n5+ years of hands-on data modeling experience.\nStrong proficiency with SQL and database technologies.\nDeep understanding of enterprise data architecture, reporting architecture, and data management principles.\nExperience designing scalable, high-performing data solutions.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into language that business stakeholders can understand.\nProven ability to work effectively across cross-functional and matrixed organizations.\nDemonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving organizational change.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.\nSkilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing without formal authority.\nPassion for continuous improvement and emerging technologies.\nPreferred Certifications\nRelevant cloud, database, or data architecture certifications are a plus.\nValid driver's license required.\nWhy Join Us?\n\nYou'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our enterprise data strategy and build the foundation that enables smarter business decisions across the organization.
