This role involves executing policies and procedures for our Dealer Management program, covering 2,400 RV and Marine dealerships. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure the smooth operation of the program.Process Manager Job Details Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs. Takes generated reports and puts together comprehensive reviews of dealership relationships. Makes recommendations on strategies to address underperforming dealers. Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues. Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Leads or participates in defining the change/communication plan designed to positively influence or change behavior, develops tailored messaging; and identifies appropriate distribution channel. Develops and documents processes, procedures, etc. and/or end-user materials. Builds effective relationships and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders. Ensures alignment between stakeholders. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Assists with training and transition of processes and tools/templates to appropriate process owners.Process Manager Mandatory Skills Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle. Knowledge of business/group processes, procedures and controls - In-depth. Understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance requirements - In-depth. Possesses an understanding of and problem-solving ability for issues within the business/group. Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience. Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization is necessary. Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth. Collaboration & team skills - In-depth. Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth. Influence skills - In-depth.
