The Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, proactively managing risks and driving resolution to ensure successful delivery of utility-scale and commercial energy projects.\r\nKey Job Responsibilities\r\nLead end-to-end execution of utility-scale and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations\r\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and communication plans\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers, leading regular project meetings and status reviews\r\nCoordinate cross-functional internal teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Commissioning, and Field Operations\r\nProactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation and recovery plans as needed\r\nManage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities\r\nMonitor and control project budgets, costs, invoicing, and financial performance\r\nLead change management activities, including preparation, review, and approval of change orders\r\nEnsure accurate and timely project documentation, reporting, and data integrity within project management systems\r\nSupport contract administration activities, including reconciliation of contracts, purchase orders, and sales orders\r\nCoordinate site activities including training, Golden Rows, commissioning, and site visits\r\nDrive continuous improvement of project execution processes and best practices\r\nMentor and provide guidance to Project Associates and Associate Project Managers as needed\r\nPerform other duties as assigned\r\nQualifications\r\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in project management within construction, energy, infrastructure, or related industries\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field\r\nPMP certification in progress\r\nDemonstrated experience managing projects through full lifecycle execution\r\nStrong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management\r\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously\r\nExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills\r\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience in the solar, renewable energy, or broader energy industry\r\nPrior experience managing utility-scale or large commercial construction projects\r\nFamiliarity with contract administration and change management processes\r\nBilingual in English and Spanish\r\nStrong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach\r\nMicrosoft Project or similar scheduling tools\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)\r\nSalesforce\r\nSAP\r\nTravel\r\nAt least 25%\r\nOpen to Remote Candidates\r\nAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
