In this role, you will primarily operate press brake machinery to accurately form metal components - primarily cold-rolled and stainless-steel materials - in support of our production schedule, while also operating other fabrication equipment as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining part quality, meeting daily output goals, and working safely alongside your team in a manufacturing environment. On-the-job training is available, and candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMachine Operation: Accurately and efficiently operate press brake and other machinery in a safe manner for yourself and others.\nQuality Inspection: Perform self-inspection on the first produced part and verify quality throughout the production run.\nBlueprint Execution: Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to set up and run jobs correctly.\nMachine Calibration: Adjust controls, parameters, and clearances as needed to hold tight tolerances.\nProduction Goals: Meet daily and weekly production targets in accordance with written and verbal production instructions.\nSafetyHousekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.\nPerform duties across departments: cross-train and work in areas as assigned, adapting to workload demands and production priorities throughout the facility.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nMachine Experience: Demonstrated experience operating manufacturing machines\nShop Math: Solid shop math skills and the ability to adjust clearances and machine parameters.\nBlueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand work orders and blueprints.\nWork Ethic: Strong attendance, punctuality, and initiative.\nPhysical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.\nEducation: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDSWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThis role is performed in WMS's Londonderry, NH manufacturing facility. The following physical demands are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
