Assessment and reassessment of functional and cognitive deficits as it relates to transition to the community.Develop/revise nursing plans of care for assigned patientsCare for all patients from adolescent to geriatric for medical/surgical/palliative careDelivers safe rehabilitation nursing interventionsDemonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality careCollaborate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members and departmentsMaintain courteous, respectful, and professional customer serviceMaintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information Requirements IncludeQualifications:Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, BSN preferred.Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required.
