Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Staff member to serve as the first point of contact for our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills are a plus, and previous office or clerical experience is highly valued. Duties Greet visitors and clients professionally, providing exceptional customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory and organization of files Support administrative tasks including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer support inquiries Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping when necessary Maintain a professional appearance and uphold phone etiquette at all times Support medical or dental receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check-in/out processes Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and document organization with high attention to detail Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred but not required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Ability to handle confidential information discreetly with high integrity Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines This role provides an engaging opportunity for individuals who excel in customer service, office administration, and organizational tasks.
