They are seeking a strategic Product Architect to align complex workflows and design event-driven architectures for their retail product offerings, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across teams.Responsibilities:• Map and align business workflows across teams to ensure consistency and clarity in how retail products, customer data, and CRM touchpoints are connected and supported in the platform.• Design and document robust event-driven triggers that power key retail and CRM interactions—such as customer actions, inventory updates, fulfillment events, and campaign automation.• Ensure that critical flows across product, customer engagement, and reporting are architecturally sound and maintainable, with clear trigger points and system ownership.• Work closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable, technically feasible system designs.• Create and maintain system architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and process documentation that illustrate workflows, triggers, and data dependencies across the retail and CRM stack.• Develop architecture patterns that support reuse across different retail segments and CRM workflows, enabling faster iteration and product expansion.Qualifications:Required:• 5+ years of experience in product architecture, systems design, and product management within a software or SaaS environment• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, workflow orchestration, and retail software ecosystems• Familiarity with automotive systems and data flows• Demonstrated experience collaborating across business and technical teams to align complex processes• Exceptional communication and documentation skills; ability to synthesize and articulate system logic for both technical and non-technical audiences• Experience with utilizing Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, and Figma toolingPreferred:• Background in retail operations, eCommerce, or B2C customer engagement• Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and event streaming technologies• Familiarity with data mapping, system dependencies, and downstream impact analysisCompany:At Tekion, we're redefining what's possible in automotive retail—with intelligent, cloud-native technology that's as powerful as it is easy to use.
