This position is ideal for someone who has solid AP experience and is looking to continue growing within accounting and finance in a fast-paced distribution and manufacturing environment.\r\nThe ideal candidate is organized, proactive, able to handle high-volume transactions accurately, and comfortable working cross-functionally with vendors, warehouse operations, purchasing, and management teams.\r\nKey Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner\r\nPerform two-way and three-way matching between invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents\r\nCode invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers\r\nPrepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers\r\nMaintain vendor files, including W-9 forms, payment terms, and vendor documentation\r\nRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies professionally\r\nReconcile vendor statements and monitor AP aging reports\r\nEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures\r\nAssist with maintaining organized digital and physical accounting records\r\nAccounting & Month-End Close Assist with month-end and year-end close activities\r\nPrepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules\r\nReconcile AP subledger to the general ledger\r\nPrepare account reconciliations and variance analysis\r\nAssist with expense tracking and financial reporting support\r\nSupport external audits by gathering documentation and responding to audit requests\r\nAssist with process improvement initiatives and accounting workflow optimization\r\nSupport other accounting and administrative projects as assigned\r\nQualifications Required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\r\n2–4 years of accounts payable and/or general accounting experience\r\nStrong understanding of accounting fundamentals and GAAP principles\r\nExperience with accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems\r\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills including filters, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables\r\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills\r\nAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\r\nProfessional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors\r\nPreferred Prior month-end close experience\r\nExperience in a high-volume accounts payable environment\r\nExperience working in distribution, manufacturing, or automotive industries\r\nExposure to audits, internal controls, or SOX compliance\r\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\r\nBilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively\r\nStrong time management and follow-through\r\nProfessional demeanor and customer-service mindset\r\nAbility to adapt in a growing and evolving business environment\r\nCompetitive salary based on experience\r\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\r\n401(k) with company match\r\nPaid time off and company holidays\r\nOpportunities for career growth and professional development\r\nAbout Lynol Cooling Systems, Inc.
