Job Title: Project Assistant Location: New York, NY 10041 Contract Duration: 11 Weeks Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Program Support Specialist to support operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven healthcare environment. This role is responsible for scheduling coordination, resource management, administrative support, and ensuring smooth workflow operations across departments and teams. Responsibilities: • Coordinate schedules, meetings, project timelines, and resource allocation activities • Support day-to-day operational workflows in a fast-paced environment • Track deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones to ensure timely completion • Communicate effectively with departments, leadership teams, and stakeholders • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting related to projects • Assist with workflow coordination and administrative process improvements • Monitor project progress and escalate delays or issues when necessary • Organize and prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy • Support team collaboration and operational efficiency initiatives • Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required • Experience with scheduling, resource coordination, and time management required • Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field, engineering, or related discipline required • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities required • Proficiency with standard computer applications and office systems required • Previous healthcare operations or project coordination experience preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
