They will also work closely with our Quality Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Technical & Customer Service, Logistics Order Entry, and Production teams to provide a high level of customer service. The position reports to the Supply Chain manager.\nEssential Job Functions\nCoordinate and perform the timely receipt and put-away of our Air & Ocean shipments while keeping both dock-to-stock time & cycle count errors low.\nCoordinate daily receipt and put-away of goods from local suppliers\nMaintain FIFO restocking practices on items with a shelf life of 2 years or less including preserving batch codes or production date documentation or labeling.\nDirect the Warehouse team on receiving activities in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor\nCoordinate & perform daily cycle counts\nIncoming inspections on locally manufactured parts & documentation as directed by the Quality Manager\nCommunicate and coordinate with the Order department on expedited receiving requirements.\nCoordinate the receipt, handling and final put away of returned goods.
