The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annuallyResponsibilities Demonstrates knowledge of project management methodologies like PMBOK and ETO Manages multiple team members on medium to large projects Leads teams and oversees stakeholder management and risk mitigation Develops detailed project plans encompassing scope, budget, schedule, and resources Collaborates with Operations for budgeting and design proposals Identifies project risks and creates mitigation strategies Oversees project cost management from estimating to reporting and invoicingQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Project Management, Analytics, or related field 5-10 years of proven Project Management experience Experience managing medium to large, complex projects Strong stakeholder management skills with Executive Leadership interaction Preferred: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)Benefits Flexible work hours between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday Opportunity for travel (10-20%) Engagement in a positive company culture with friendly employee relationsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
