{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"5412a294fb0e8f9e905c512d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5412a294fb0e8f9e905c512d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5412a294fb0e8f9e905c512d","title":"Low Voltage Technician","description":"Low Voltage Cabling Tech\nCompensation: $23-$27 per hour Based on Experience\nCornerstone is looking for a self motivated, organized and fun person to join our team.\nJob Description:\nConduct job site surveys (including visual inspections, problem identification, etc.)\nPossess working knowledge of ANSI/TIA/EIA and the National Electrical Code\nInstall a variety of display wall and ceiling mounts\nInstall flat panel TVs\nInstall speakers, volume controls and equipment in ceilings and walls\nConnect and understand AV equipment\nInstall Cat5e and Cat6 network cabling\nInterface with customer contacts on projects\nInterface with end users & coordinate with other vendors for each project\nAttend project planning & progress meetings\nReport any project scope changes, issues or concerns\nKeep current with trainings and certifications\nQualifications and Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nVocational/Technical/Business School preferred\nMust have 2-5 years of experience\nMust be able to read and understand floor plans\nMust have the ability to install, terminate & test low voltage cables (to include twisted pair cable, coax, stranded & solid conductor low voltage cable, AV cables.\nPositive and professional work ethic and attitude\nGood judgement\nStrong mechanical aptitude\nMust be able to lift 60 pounds\nMust have a valid drivers license and clean driving record\nMust be able to pass drug screening and background check\nMust be willing to travel around state and some out of state sites for work\nWork hours generally from 7am -
