This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys hands-on application development, problem solving, and using both traditional development tools and emerging AI-powered platforms to create practical digital solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain web-based and mobile applications that support Genius Visionary's products, services, and internal initiatives.\nBuild application prototypes and digital solutions using development frameworks, AI-powered tools, and low-code/no-code platforms.\nUse platforms such as Base44 and Lovable to create, test, and refine application concepts.\nTranslate business requirements into functional application features and improvements.\nCollaborate with internal teams to gather application needs, provide technical input, and deliver development solutions.\nTest applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance concerns.\nTroubleshoot application issues and implement improvements when needed.\nSupport application updates, feature enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.\nAssist with connecting applications to third-party tools, APIs, databases, and business platforms.\nMaintain clear documentation of application features, updates, and development work completed.\nResearch emerging development tools and technologies that may improve application development processes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.\nTwo or more years of experience developing applications, websites, software solutions, or digital products.\nExperience with application development languages, frameworks, or platforms such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Flutter, Python, or similar technologies.\nExperience using AI-powered development platforms, including Base44 and Lovable, is required.\nUnderstanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and application development processes.\nAbility to create responsive, user-friendly digital experiences.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage assigned development projects independently in a remote environment.\nExperience with Git, version control systems, or collaborative development tools is preferred.\nInterest in artificial intelligence, automation, digital products, and emerging technology solutions is highly desirable.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role is measured by successfully developing and improving applications, delivering reliable technology solutions, completing assigned development projects, and contributing technical expertise that supports Genius Visionary's digital growth initiatives.\nCompensation\nThis is a remote contract position offering competitive compensation based on experience, technical skills, project contributions, and overall performance.\nResults Driven Environment\nGenius Visionary is a result driven organization that values initiative, accountability, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
