Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.\n\nDescription\nAs our Program Supervisor for our School Based Serves you will be the primary point of communication, provides oversight, and makes recommendations regarding program needs, requirements, and development. This position is responsible for training of personnel involved in the program as well as working with the Program Manager to hire staff. You will ensure that the program is sensitive to cultural awareness and diversity among staff and clients.\n\nYou Will:\n\nAttend school plan meetings and provide oversight for these agreements with schools\n\nPlan, organize, evaluate, and coordinate the daily operations of the program.\n\nResponsible for the scheduling of program activities and staff.\n\nAct as the point person for internal and external communication regarding the program.\n\nRegularly collaborate among and between internal and external staff at all levels to manage and enhance professional relationships within the center and with partner agencies\n\nRepresent MHP at external meetings and conferences related to the program\n\nAs A Supervisor:\n\nHire and develop a diverse staff who possess a wide range of abilities and professional competencies to deliver effective service\n\nLead regular and frequent staff meetings to promote team work, sustain an aligned and energized work force, promote communication and provide team direction\n\nCoach and develop your team regarding performance, professional development, and participation meetings and committees\n\nProvide guidance to staff for accountability regarding compliance\n\nProvide supervision to assist your team with goals, priorities and general approach to services\n\nWhat We Need:\n\nMasters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2 year internship and three (3+) years prior experience in a clinical setting OR: Related PhD or PsyD plus three (3+) years prior experience in a clinical setting\n\nLicensed PhD or PsyD, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT)\n\nTwo (2+) years previous supervisory experience\n\nTwo (2+) years experience working in School Based environment\n\nExperience with children, youth and families\n\nExperience with treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm/chronic suicidality, and crisis.\n\nExperience in SFBT, MI, DBT, CBT, and Play Therapy\n\nKnowledge of child and adolescent development and family systems theory\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
