Job Summary We are expanding our operations and launching newly formed 2nd and 3rd shifts to meet growing demand. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team. Applicants will have the opportunity to choose the shift that best fits their schedule. This is a hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy working with machinery and contributing to a collaborative production environment. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant industrial experience. Available Shifts 2nd Shift: 3rd Shift: Applicants may indicate their preferred shift during the application process Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain industrial machinery and equipment Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal components Perform deburring and finishing tasks to ensure product quality Support shipping and receiving operations, including packaging and inventory Operate forklifts and press brakes (if qualified) Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Preferred Skills Forklift operation Press brake operation Industrial machine operation Deburring and finishing Shipping and receiving procedures Required Knowledge Basic understanding of manufacturing processes Familiarity with workplace safety standards Knowledge of material handling and metal fabrication tools Ability to Implement Apply mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced environment Follow detailed instructions and quality standards Adapt to changing production needs and priorities Work independently and as part of a team Compensation Starting pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on competency and experience Opportunities for wage growth based on performance, commitment, and skill development Benefits Competitive pay based on competency 100% employer-paid health insurance and HSA for employees Flexible paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer matching Discretionary bonuses We are excited to welcome new talent to our team!
