Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country.\n\nDescription\nCaptivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer who will assist with daily responsibilities.\n\nResponsibilities\nDevelop designs for the installation of components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, customer facilities, and/or shelters\nPlan, direct, review, and coordinate the preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met\nPrepare specifications, evaluate vendors, and analyze test reports\nPrepare functional requirements and specification for hardware acquisitions\nAnalyze hardware specifications and system/subsystem requirements to conceive and document a practical design for hardware components that satisfies user's requirements\nDevelop hardware installation schedules based upon set-up, integration, and test timelines\nConduct site surveys, assessing and documenting current site network configuration and site-unique requirements\n\nRequirements\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen\nMinimum Qualifications:\nA Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university\n\nTen (10) years of systems engineering experience.\n\nThis position is open for direct hires only.
