This role is key to ensuring alignment across self-perform teams, subcontractors, and procurement activities to support successful project delivery.\n\nThis individual will take a proactive, team-oriented approach to coordination, helping drive collaboration across all stakeholders to meet critical milestone dates and support overall project success.\n\nThis is a field-based role. The Project Scheduler will be expected to work full-time on the jobsite alongside the project management team, using the site as their primary base of operations to support real-time coordination and execution.\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop, maintain, and manage the project schedule using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual milestones\nCoordinate with subcontractors and self-perform teams to incorporate detailed schedules into the master schedule\nWork closely with field superintendents (mechanical, fencing, and PV installation) to monitor progress and support schedule adherence\nTrack procurement activities and submittals to ensure alignment with schedule requirements, including long-lead items\nIdentify potential schedule risks and constraints, and support development of mitigation strategies\nFacilitate schedule coordination discussions with project teams to maintain alignment and transparency\nProvide regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasts to project leadership\nSupport efficient sequencing of work to promote smooth construction flow\nActively engage with the on-site project team to ensure schedule is reflective of actual field conditions and progress\nEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE\nExperience as a Project Scheduler within construction, preferably utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects\nProficiency in Primavera P6 (required)\nUnderstanding of construction sequencing, procurement processes, and subcontractor coordination\nExperience working with self-perform construction teams\nWillingness and ability to be based full-time on an active construction site\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nAbility to analyze schedules and communicate impacts clearly\nKEY COMPETENCIES\nCollaboration: Works effectively across teams to maintain alignment\nProactive Approach: Identifies issues early and supports solutions\nAttention to Detail: Maintains accuracy in schedule tracking\nAccountability: Supports the team in meeting commitments and milestone dates\nJOB TITLE: PROJECT SCHEDULER\nJOB LOCATION: HAWAII\nCLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME – EXEMPT – SALARIED\nREPORTS TO: VICE PRESIDENT, PLANNING & SCHEDULING\nMoss is an equal opportunity employer.
