Whether managing reservations, greeting guests with a friendly smile, or delivering exceptional service at the table, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through every interaction.\nResponsibilities\nGreet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them to their seats efficiently\nManage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and reduce wait times\nTake accurate food and beverage orders using POS system TOAST ensuring clarity and attention to detail\nServe food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent guest relations and communication skills\nAssist with guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction\nMaintain cleanliness of host stand, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with health and safety standards\nSupport team members during busy periods by assisting with serving or bussing tables as needed\nUphold hospitality standards by demonstrating courteous phone etiquette and engaging positively with all guests\nSkills\nProven experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest relations professionally\nExcellent communication skills to clearly convey orders, specials, and respond to guest needs\nFamiliarity with restaurant POS system TOAST\nKnowledge of food service procedures, including serving techniques and hospitality best practices\nPrevious hotel or guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across hospitality settings\nAbility to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure\nAttention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols\nJoin us in creating memorable dining experiences through energetic service and genuine hospitality!
