We offer strategic advisory, risk assessments, physical protection, threat intelligence, open-source monitoring, program audits, secure embedded staffing, and training for security teams and intelligence analysts.Armed Corporate Security AgentPosition: Armed Corporate Security Agent (Full-time) – Nashville, TN (on-site at client headquarters)Job DescriptionThe Corporate Security Agent will provide holistic security for the client's office in Nashville, Tennessee. Responsibilities include incident management, threat management, and emergency response support.ResponsibilitiesSafeguard the client site and personnel from all security and safety hazards.Provide professional, courteous security coverage for employees, guests, and others in compliance with established policies.Establish a front-facing security presence during business hours.Monitor access control, alarm, and CCTV technologies.Facilitate and manage visitor reception and guest badge issuance.Assist in developing an incident reporting system and maintain accurate logs.Secure executive arrival and departure routes for key personnel and VIPs.Integrate security support for HR functions (terminations, security clearance, removal of access, etc.).Demonstrate integrity and excellent customer service skills in all interactions.Complete daily requests from management.Interact with clients and the Protective Services team to provide executive support during events.Provide in-person de-escalation support as needed.Offer flexible scheduling to support executive protection and security operations during special events.Identify and mitigate risks at corporate events.Deliver on-site security coverage for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.Adapt to dynamic event environments to maintain seamless security for executives and VIPs.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to anticipate and address potential security concerns during event logistics.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years' experience in an armed corporate security position.Current or retired law enforcement officer OR current Armed Security Guard Registration issued by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (TDCI – Private Protective Services).Eligible to obtain and maintain an Armed Security Guard Registration issued by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance.Completion of state-approved refresher course and firearms re-qualification every 2 years.CPR/First Aid/AED training or higher.High ethical standards, discretion, and diplomacy in handling confidential information.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interfacing with VIPs and celebrities.Ability to synthesize facts, concepts, and principles.Strong emotional intelligence and customer-focused approach.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant experience.Executive Protection and/or tactical training.Advanced medical training (EMT, WEMT, WFR, TCCC/TECC).Licensing or proven training in defensive tactics and de-escalation.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 USD per year.Medical, Dental, and Vision premiums fully covered for employee; significant portion covered for dependents.Medical selection of PPO or HDHP with HSA employer contribution.Medical FSA, Dependent Care FSA.Life, STD, LTD, and AD&D insurance employer-paid.401(k) with employer match and immediate vesting.11 paid holidays.Paid leave: vacation, sick, parental, volunteer.Pet insurance.National discount employee program.Employee Assistance Program for personal needs.Credentity Protection – Eclipse Digital Protection by Concentric.Free access to our Risk Intelligence Dashboard and GEAR App for 24/7 risk intelligence and remote support.Dedicated Security and Intelligence Training Programs for professional development.Coaching and mentoring opportunities.Concentric and SPS Global are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
