We're looking for a skilled video editor to help us deliver that experience consistently at scale.\n\n*What You'll Do*\n\n* Edit wedding films, including highlight reels, full-length features, ceremony and toast edits, and social teasers\n* Edit corporate event content, including recap videos, speaker and session edits, sizzle reels, and short-form social clips\n* Build compelling stories from multi-camera footage, drone footage, and separately recorded audio\n* Color correct and grade footage to match each brand's look and our house style\n* Mix and clean audio, including vows, speeches, and presentations\n* Select and license music that fits each project\n* Deliver files in the required formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)\n* Incorporate client and internal feedback through revision rounds\n* Organize projects, media, and archives according to our workflow standards\n* Meet delivery deadlines reliably, including quick turnarounds for same-week event recaps\n\n*What We're Looking For*\n\n* 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in weddings, events, or both\n* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus\n* Strong storytelling instincts and a sense of pacing and music\n* Solid color grading and audio mixing skills\n* Experience with multi-cam syncing and handling large volumes of footage\n* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand and style guidelines\n* Dependable communication and the ability to manage multiple projects at once\n* A portfolio or reel demonstrating wedding and/or corporate work (required)\n\n*Nice to Have*\n\n* Experience editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn\n* Motion graphics and title design skills\n* Familiarity with Frame.io or similar review platforms\n* Experience with drone footage and stabilization\n\n*Details*\n\n* Type: [Contract / Part-time / Full-time]\n* Location: [Remote / Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ]\n* Pay: [XX–XX–XX per hour / per project]\n* Equipment: Editors provide their own editing system and software licenses [adjust if you provide]\n* Volume: [Approximate number of projects per month]\n\n*How to Apply*\nPlease submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio or reel.
