Job Description Description:Superior Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing, Inc. provides commercial plumbing services to customers throughout Northern California. Our team also delivers reliable 24/7 emergency service and preventive maintenance for retail clients. We are seeking a Commercial Service Plumber who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service without the pressure of sales quotas or upselling. In this role, you will perform plumbing service and repairs for commercial facilities while representing the company with professionalism and reliability.This position is a first-shift role with schedule options of Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday. Technicians also enjoy the convenience of starting their day from home and traveling directly to job sites.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, customer-focused servicePerform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heatersDiagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valvesService grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stationsDiagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspectionsSubmit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointmentCollaborate with team members to complete work orders efficientlyDrive and operate company vehicles within department guidelinesWillingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the departmentRequirements:Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experienceValid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving recordAble to pass a pre-employment drug testVerbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communicationSuperior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a service and construction company providing customer service throughout California and other states.
