We are committed to providing client-centered, results-driven legal services, and are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our growing team.Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Litigation Assistant to provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process. This role involves managing case files, coordinating schedules, handling court filings, and ensuring deadlines are tracked and met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day legal support to attorneys in all phases of litigationMaintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and accessibilityManage attorney calendars, including scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetingsCoordinate and assist with discovery processes, including document collection, review, and productionCommunicate with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and vendors in a professional mannerPrepare trial materials such as exhibits, binders, witness lists, and trial notebooksTrack billable time and assist with billing processes when requiredQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience as a litigation assistant, legal assistant, or in a similar legal support role, preferredFamiliarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system, preferredEffective written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal software (e.g., Clio, Relativity, iManage, or similar)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: $41,600 – $52,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k)Tuck McClimon, PLLC is an equal opportunity employer.
