Program Delivery & Control GovernanceLead end-to-end delivery of ETL migration ensuring alignment with SOW milestones and timelinesEnsure security control validation and audit readiness are embedded across all phasesOversee execution across all program phases from design to stabilisation2. Security Controls & Audit OversightGovern execution of security and data control validation across ETL pipelines and platformsEnsure data integrity and control effectiveness across source and target systemsOversee parallel run validation and reconciliationEnsure delivery of audit-ready validation evidence and reports3. Additional Responsibilities- Lead client governance and stakeholder communication- Ensure adherence to scope and manage risks proactively- Track delivery against milestones and ensure timely execution- Ensure quality, validation, and audit compliance- Manage financial alignment with fixed-price commitments- Lead cross-functional teams across data, ETL, and security domains4.
