This is a key strategic role for a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, contributing to firm expansion, and mentoring and developing the next generation of tax professionals. Responsibilities Lead and grow the firm’s tax practice, including planning, compliance, and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of complex clients, providing proactive tax strategies and business guidance Drive business development by cultivating relationships with existing clients and generating new opportunities Collaborate with other partners to set firm strategy, manage resources, and ensure high-quality service delivery Mentor and develop tax staff and managers to support career progression and retention Qualifications CPA license required; advanced tax or accounting degree preferred 10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, at least 5 years in a leadership or partner-track role Strong technical knowledge of federal and multi-state tax regulations and planning Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business Excellent communication, client relationships, and team leadership skills
