Job Title: Program Manager (Learning Development)Job Location: Atlanta, GA/ Hybrid (3 days onsite)Project Duration: 6-12+ months with possible extension(CPG/ Food & Beverage industry experience)W2 PositionJob DescriptionSeeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of global executive education and leadership programs in partnership with top universities. This role will design, deliver, and optimize flagship learning programs aligned with enterprise and supply chain strategy.Key Responsibilities:Design and manage executive education programs with university partnersTranslate business strategy into learning frameworks and program architectureManage relationships with academic partners and internal stakeholdersLead nomination, selection, and onboarding of senior leadersOversee program delivery (virtual, on-campus, hybrid) ensuring premium experienceHandle budgets, governance, logistics, and risk managementMeasure program impact and drive continuous improvementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or other related technical degree in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Behavior or similar discipline.6+ years of experience in executive education, leadership development, or organizational development including direct experience in external partner programs.6+ years of professional experience, preferably in a global matrixed organization3+ years of supporting Supply Chain organizations preferredExperience managing university-partnered programsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsProven program/project management expertisePreferred:Experience with global organizations and supply chain teamsBackground working with top-tier universitiesExperience in nomination-based leadership programsKey Skills:Program Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Talent Development, Change Management, Communication, Data & Analytics
