Billing Specialist

Consilio’s Direct Hire Recruiting Team is partnering with a highly regarded boutique law firm to identify a Client Accounting Specialist/Billing Specialist for their Washington, DC office.Position Details: (Hybrid - 3x per week in office), 37.5 hour work weekNon-ExemptSalary Range: $80K – $100KWhat They’re Looking For:✔️ 3-7 years of law firm billing experience✔️ Strong knowledge of legal billing platforms such as 3E/Elite, Aderant, experience with e-billing platforms✔️ Experience navigating Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs)✔️ Ability to work directly with attorneys in a deadline-driven environmentKey Responsibilities:▪️ Manage all eBilling submissions and ongoing maintenance.▪️ Prepare, edit and finalize client invoices in accordance with OCGs.▪️ Monitor A/R balances and follow up on outstanding invoices.▪️ Post client payments and assist with month-end close.▪️ Process write-offs.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal billing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment.ELS Consilio Direct Hire Division staff’s positions for Consilio clients and does not staff for internal corporate positions at Consilio.
