The Program Manager will oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive IT services, including cybersecurity, system lifecycle management, information management across on-premises and cloud environments, data center operations, network infrastructure, telecommunications, software and hardware management, software development, data science and engineering, service desk operations, and end-user support.\nThe Program Manager will serve as the primary contractor point of contact and provide strategic leadership to ensure successful program execution, technical delivery, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proven leader capable of managing complex IT operations, aligning resources with mission priorities, and driving successful outcomes within a highly dynamic environment.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the contractor's single point of contact and authorized interface with government leadership for operational, technical, and program delivery matters.\nProvide overall leadership and accountability for task order (TO) performance, service delivery, and execution of a large-scale program supporting 100–200 personnel.\nLead program transition activities, ensuring effective onboarding, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and continuity of services.\nEstablish, communicate, and enforce work standards, processes, and performance expectations across contractor personnel and subcontractors.\nPlan, assign, and manage contractor resources, schedules, and priorities to meet mission objectives and contractual requirements.\nMonitor performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality and delivery commitments.\nCommunicate organizational policies, objectives, priorities, and goals to team members and subcontractor personnel.\nExecute standard program management responsibilities, including:\nDeveloping and maintaining program management plans\nPreparing monthly status reports and performance updates\nFacilitating technical and project meetings\nManaging risks, issues, dependencies, and action items\nEnsuring quality control and continuous improvement of program performance\nMinimum Requirements\nActive Secret security clearance.\nActive Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.\nMinimum of seven (7) years of experience within the past ten (10) years leading and delivering IT and mission support services as a Program Manager or Project Manager.\nMinimum of five (5) years of recent experience planning and executing complex IT projects and technical activities with minimal government direction and oversight.\nDemonstrated experience managing large, complex IT service delivery environments and cross-functional technical teams.\nDesired Qualifications\nActive DoD 8570.01 IAT Level I or higher certification (or equivalent DoD-approved certification).\nOne or more infrastructure-related technical certifications.\nExperience supporting federal government enterprise IT programs and mission-critical systems.\n\nRequirements of position: Think analytically, effective verbal and written communication skills, make decisions, observe/remember details, interpret data, concentrate on tasks, adjust to change, handle stress/emotions.
