The two senior developers will initially work as peers, sharing development responsibilities and collaborating on architecture, priorities, schedules, and technical decisions. The successful candidate will gradually assume primary technical and project ownership as the existing senior developer steps back.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain application features using Blazor, C#, SQL, and Azure.Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and implementation decisions.Work across the full application stack, with a strong emphasis on hands-on software development.Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.Help define milestones, identify risks, document technical decisions, and keep development work moving forward.Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and help maintain software quality and development standards.Over time, assume primary responsibility for technical direction, development planning, project schedules, documentation, and software delivery.Required ExperienceStrong professional experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.Experience developing applications with Blazor.Experience building server-rendered web applications.Strong knowledge of SQL, LINQ, and Entity Framework Core.Working knowledge of JavaScript and browser-based web development.Experience with Tailwind CSS or another modern CSS framework.Experience deploying and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, code reviews, and automated build and deployment processes.Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a software product or substantial development project from requirements through implementation, release, and ongoing support.Ideal CandidateA strong, hands-on software engineer who expects to spend the majority of the workday designing, writing, reviewing, and troubleshooting production software.Comfortable initially working in tandem with another senior developer and gradually assuming primary technical and project ownership.Interested in leading a software project through technical expertise, organization, sound judgment, and accountability rather than through personnel management.Organized and disciplined about requirements, documentation, priorities, testing, milestones, release planning, and development cadence.Why Join SportsWareOnLine.comBuild software that directly supports student-athlete health and safety.Help shape a modern Blazor-based SaaS platform.Have a meaningful influence on architecture, implementation, and product direction.Work in a small, focused company where individual contributions are visible and important.Spend the majority of your time designing and writing software rather than managing people.If you are an experienced developer who enjoys writing production software and would like to gradually assume technical and project ownership of an established SaaS platform, we would like to hear from you.
