Botanical Skin Care Manufacturing Assistant

Busy, fast paced botanical skincare company seeks production assistant with experience in filling, labeling & packing. Will be responsible for making and maintaining all herbal teas and infusions. We are a small family-owned company that has been in operation for over three decades. Duties & Responsibilities: Production of all herbal teas and infusions (will teach) Fill’s products into proper packaging, labels, packs, & ships with appropriate boxes and materials Keeps inventory of all materials related to herbs & seaweed and packaging Replenish raw materials for production department Variety of regular chores: Breaking down of boxes, keep things clean and tidy, harvests herbs in garden, wash dishes for production, sweeps & vacuums Qualifications: Prior skincare, restaurant, brewery, or baking industry experience helpful Measurement experience & familiarity with gram scales helpful Proficient with calculators & comfortable with numbers Experience in filling machine or manufacturing environments helpful Detailed oriented, team player, and self-starter Likes to work hard and have fun *Comfortable with physical work, ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, repetitive movements Pay: $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Work Location: In person
