The Reports Analysts will provide our operations team with the reporting and workflow management needed to fulfill our customers' needs.\r\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nProvide general analytical and administrative support related to data collection and analysis of customer spend data, client retention, departmental performance, pipeline, and overall account maintenance to identify trends and opportunities\r\nDesign impactful dashboards using Salesforce Lightning Dashboards; experience with CRM Analytics is a plus\r\nBuild and maintain trending reports and analytics in SFDC, Tableau, and dashboards to track performance and key metrics that drive sales and operations insights (CRM Analytics is a plus)\r\nOrganize and document KPIs for user stories and data dependencies\r\nProduce weekly and monthly agent scorecards showing individual agent performance against defined departmental KPIs by extracting data from Salesforce.com and generating recurring sales forecast reports accurately and on time\r\nHighlight trends and anomalies in weekly or monthly reports and ensure appropriate investigation and communication with relevant stakeholders to recommend performance improvements\r\nDevelop custom reports for process monitoring within the Salesforce.com platform\r\nRegularly consult with management on call center reporting best practices, strategies, and team performance, and proactively recommend improvements to performance targets\r\nDemonstrate understanding of Salesforce platform assets, CRM Analytics, and other integrated tools such as Power BI or Tableau to support a cohesive 360-degree view of territory performance and customer insights\r\nHandle complex and varied ad-hoc reporting requests for non-standard issues and analyses\r\nDevelop, enhance, and streamline existing reports and reporting processes where possible\r\nCollaborate with departments and clients to understand and document business processes and reporting requirements\r\nAnalyze and document data definitions and priorities\r\nREQUIREMENTS\r\nCompleted at least two (2) years in college\r\nOne (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Reports Analyst\r\nExperience in the Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage but not required\r\nExperience developing analytical prototypes to support business decision-making\r\nExperience with statistical analysis and quantitative modeling techniques, including predictive modeling, simulations, optimization, and other computational methods\r\nProven analytical skills in reporting and generating actionable insights\r\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where operational excellence, strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude are expected\r\nExperience in organizational process definition and or re-engineering\r\nStrong organizational and project management skills\r\nStrong interpersonal and presentation skills\r\nDynamic, adaptable, and able to manage change effectively\r\nHands-on and able to work across diverse cultures\r\nProven time management skills with the ability to multitask\r\nStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office products\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\r\nAmenable to working on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules\r\nWilling to work onsite in Muñoz, Quezon City\r\nJ-18808-Ljbffr","company":"Kinect","rawCompany":"kinect","city":"Manila","state":"UT","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-06-24T01:45:20.275Z","occupations":[{"code":"15-2051.01","title":"Business Intelligence Analysts","slug":"business-intelligence-analysts"},{"code":"13-1111.00","title":"Management Analysts","slug":"management-analysts"},{"code":"15-2051.00","title":"Data Scientists","slug":"data-scientists"}],"industries":[{"code":"541690","title":"Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services","slug":"other-scientific-and-technical-consulting-services"},{"code":"541910","title":"Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling","slug":"marketing-research-and-public-opinion-polling"},{"code":"541611","title":"Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services","slug":"administrative-management-and-general-management-consulting-services"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Reports Analyst","description":"Job Description:\r\nThe Reports Analysts are in charge to support overall clients' business with reporting and analysis concerning the clients, the products, and the sales performance.
