We value our employee’s hard work and determination and REWARD results all while having fun!\nOur mission is to make life better by connecting people through innovative communication systems.\nWe are seeking a System Analyst to analyze opportunities for improvement, provide world-class implementation and support services, and drive value at CCI in close partnership with decision makers in our business, while administering and governing different applications.\n\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop custom objects within current business systems to enable adoption of new business processes.\nDevelop, monitor, and maintain data integrations within the business systems.\nParticipate in analysis to understand potential performance impacts of system changes and help to ensure performance is maximized.\nWork closely with Business stakeholders to ensure that changes to existing systems will meet business process needs.\nWork closely with other IT Teams to create collaborative business solutions.\nPublish and communicate security and governance information related to managed business systems.\nParticipate in requirements definition, analysis, and implementation of new business systems.\nActively participate in team meetings, grooming, retrospectives, and group work.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and applications.\nHelp prepare user manuals and training materials for end-users.\nDesign system architectures and solutions that align with business requirements.\nDesign and implement solutions for integrating different software systems to work together efficiently.\nTrain others on new processes, support, and systems.\nBuild on your personal knowledge base through continued education and training.\nEnsure confidentiality of company information and processes.\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.\nQualifications\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology is preferred.\n2+ years’ relevant work experience is required.\nExperience configuring and administrating ERP systems is required.\nExperience in low/No Code application development and support is required.\nExperience supporting processes including accounting, supply chain management, sales, invoicing, production applications, and project management is required.\nExperience with security and governance concepts and standards is required.\nExperience with data integration processes, best practices, and technologies is required.\nExperience with support and troubleshooting of business systems utilizing critical thinking to identify and resolve problems is required.\nExperience with Dynamics 365 ERP/CE is preferred.\nExperience with Power Platform Administration, Governance, and Development preferred.\nExperience supporting and standardizing the hiring, recruiting, and onboarding processes preferred.\nExperience with IT project tracking software such as Jira or Pivotal is preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a variety of web-based software applications.\nProven ability to self-motivate, manage time, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work across various business and IT functions.\nWillingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.\nAbility to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.\nThe ability to embrace corporate values, understand the company vision, and exemplify CCI leadership behaviors.\nShift is full-time Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
