We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.\nU.S. citizenship is required.\nJob Summary:\nUtilize engineering background to manage project scope and deliverables including hardware procurement and tracking, facilitate internal and external communication, promote teamwork, drive team to project completion meeting schedule and budget commitments, track and report progress, identify and solve problems.\nEssential Functions:\nReview and Understand Customer Statement of Work\nContinuously monitor tasks, team assignments and supplier commitment dates\nDevelop and maintain project schedules\nTrack / Manage Hardware\nUnderstand Technical Package for Hardware Procurement\nMaintain Bill of Material\nReport status to Project Manager and customer\nOrganize meetings and record meeting minutes\nInterface and facilitate communication with the team and customer\nCommunicate, both written and verbally, with all stakeholders at all levels\nCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers and management to facilitate smooth project execution.\nIdentify areas that require attention and drive to resolution (problem solving)\nWork with management to develop resource needs\nRequirements (Education & Experience):\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (strong preference for Industrial Engineer)\n0-5 years experience in an engineering services environment or related field\nHas knowledge and familiarity with jet engines or turbine components\nExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects\nDemonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability\nProficient MS365 Suite with emphasis on Project, Excel and PowerPoint\nFamiliarity with SAP, Jira, Teamcenter and Power BI a plus\nMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills\nMust be able to multi-task as required\nAbility to own a project and see it to completion\nAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment\nAbility to work under time pressure and meet aggressive deadlines\nLocation:\nJupiter, FL - on-site\nEqual Employment Opportunity:\nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
