The target audience includes DIA staff and Intelligence Community (IC) personnel. Training is delivered to individual students or to small groups generally not exceeding three students per class, at any of the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) levels of proficiency from 0 to 3. DIA's goals are to improve and increase the foreign language proficiency of the workforce to meet analytic, collection, and technical mission requirements.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nVerify all requisite components of training support are in place including curriculum, instructors, classroom facilities, training materials, and administrative requirements.\nEnsure that Course Instructors understand and meet all standards of performance.\nSupervise administrative personnel to coordinate with and register students and collect and report training data, surveys, and assessments.\nIn collaboration with the Government stakeholders, plan and coordinate support for three programs: Intelligence Community Strategic Language Program (SLP), Joint Military Attache School (JMAS) instruction, and the Intensive/Immersive Language Program (ILP).\nSupervise the administration of valid pre- and post-training language proficiency assessments.\nPrepare and render deliverables and reports required by the contract.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university.\nMinimum five (5) years of experience managing a federal contract.\nDemonstrated experience in an educational or training context with an emphasis on adult learning.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite programs sufficient to perform assigned duties.\nDemonstrated leadership skills and experience to coordinate with various organizational stakeholder CORs /ACORs/GTMs.\nAbility to multi-task and deal with time constraints effectively.\n\nHIGHLY DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:\n\nPrior experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)\nPast experience serving within the Defense Intelligence Agency.\n\nPhysical and Environmental Requirements:\n\nMay be required to use computer screen for extensive periods of time.\nExtended working hours and travel may be necessary.\n\nWhat We Offer: (benefits vary based on FT, PT, or On-Call status)\n\nBenefits offered include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance\nEmployer-paid Life insurance, long-term disability and short-term disability\nPaid time off -including 11 Holidays\nParticipation in the Chi-Chack LLC 401(k) plan\n\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the individual(s) assigned to this position.
