Bilingual Office Administrator
Farm Office AdministratorThe Farm Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the front office. This role will support leadership by managing office supplies, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and assisting with People Operations functions.
Essential Job FunctionsMonitor security gates and administrative area
Provide customer service as first point of contact for visitors and team members
Handle incoming calls and emails
Process mail, package deliveries, and distribute to appropriate department
Review and enter flock and production data
Provide translation and interpreting services
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Maintain office cleanliness and appearance
Manage office layout and utilization
Facilitate invoices and payments with Accounting
Ensure employee and visitor adherence to compliance policies and procedures
Coordinate special events and meetings
Assist with People Operations Functions:
Coordinate and participate in the selection and interview process
Manage candidates through the applicant tracking system
Assist with new hire entry and other onboarding activities
Participate in recruiting and engagement events
Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives
Manage recruiting and branding inventory
Other duties as assigned
Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office software
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, and time management skills
Detail oriented and proven ability to meet deadlines
Preferred QualificationsAssociates degree in a related field
Experience with ADP
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is primarily a professional office setting, offering a comfortable and structured atmosphere. This is predominantly a sedentary role, with employees spending most of their time at a desk, though some light filing duties may be required periodically. The position involves the regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and photocopiers. Depending on the organization's needs, this role may be offered as either a part-time or full-time position, providing flexibility in work arrangements. Typically, no travel is required for this position, allowing for a stable and predictable work location.
