You'll work closely with a highly technical team in person, where rapid collaboration and fast iteration are part of our culture.\nThis position reports directly to the co-founder leading Growth & Community, with close day-to-day partnership with Engineering and Product.\nRole Summary\nOwn developer experience and community growth for Mem0's open-source project and API platform. You'll be the primary voice between Mem0 and the 150,000+ developers already using our open-source memory layer, creating the content, code, and relationships that turn curious developers into engaged users and advocates.\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate technical content: tutorials, sample apps, blog posts, and docs that get developers from signup to production fast.\nGrow and nurture the open-source community across GitHub, Discord, and forums; triage issues and PRs, and spotlight community contributions.\nRepresent Mem0 externally at conferences, meetups, and hackathons, including giving talks and running workshops.\nBuild and maintain integration guides and quickstarts across popular frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, and others).\nGather developer feedback and feed it directly into the product and research roadmap.\nPartner with Product and Marketing to plan launches, changelogs, and community campaigns.\nWhat you will bring\n4+ years in developer relations, developer marketing, or a hands-on software engineering role with strong communication skills.\nAble to write and ship code: comfortable building demos and sample apps in Python and/or JS/TS.\nA track record of creating technical content (blog posts, docs, videos, talks) that developers actually use.\nExperience engaging with open-source communities (GitHub issues/PRs, Discord, forums).\nComfortable being the public face of the company: on stage, on camera, and in writing.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience with LLMs, RAG, agents, or memory/retrieval systems.\nAn existing following or credibility in the AI/ML developer community.\nExperience running or growing a Discord/Slack developer community.\nVideo editing or livestreaming experience.\nOur Culture\nOffice-first collaboration\nWe're an in-person team based in San Francisco.
