This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling administrative, financial, and production related responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can problem solve independently and serve as a reliable point person for both staff and freelancers.ResponsibilitiesManage leadership’s calendar and schedulingTrack online orders and help manage gear inventoryBecome familiar with full time staff and freelancers, serving as a go-to resource for questionsManage Google Workspace, company logins, backend systems, and organizational toolsCoordinate with the Line Producer, Production Manager, and CFO regarding finance-related questionsManage expense management, pay bills and track mailBook travel and coordinate itinerariesMonitor and stay on top of personal, administrative, and accounting emailsTrack employee PTO and scheduling logisticsAssist with general office management and administrative needsBe available for after hours or urgent needs in a fast moving production environmentQualificationsValid driver’s licenseBased in the Washington, DC areaStrong organizational and communication skillsInterest in television, media, or production; interest in government and politics is a plusBackground in communications, media, public relations, politics, or a related field preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyStrong team attitude and willingness to jump in where neededComfortable handling confidential informationExperience with Google Workspace To apply:Please email your resume and a cover letter explaining why you think you are right for this role to admin@thestagecoachgroup.com with the subject line “Executive Assistant - [NAME]”
