You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!Schedule:M-F 9am - 5pm, plus one Saturday per month from 9am - 2pm.Responsibilities:Greet guests upon arrival in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit, and help develop lasting customer relationshipsAnswer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive, professional demeanorManage customer sign‐ins and appointment booking to ensure smooth traffic flow and consultant availabilityMaintain the showroom by keeping spaces clear, organized, and visually appealing; ensure fixtures and samples are properly returned and displayedFacilitate customer returns in accordance with Ferguson policies by assisting with documentation, routing, and customer communicationOrder and maintain office supplies to ensure the showroom is fully stocked and operationalAssist the Showroom Manager with planning, organizing, and executing showroom eventsAssist with updating and maintaining digital price tags to ensure accuracy and consistencySupport Sales Consultants by routing walk‐in customers appropriately and assisting with basic administrative needsHelp maintain marketing materials, catalogs, and signage throughout the showroomQualifications:Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.Experience in sales and customer serviceStrong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as requiredProficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and OutlookAttention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.Analytical thinking and an eye for businessStrong communication and presentation skillsAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
