The role ensures that all teams, including crews and management, adhere to corporate safety policies at all times. Responsibilities include managing employees, overseeing the critical path for road projects, and maintaining profit and loss accountability to ensure projects are delivered under budget. The role will also involve prioritizing project-related tasks and providing regular communication with both internal teams and external customers regarding project issues and progress.
