Join us in impacting a changing industry while improving the lives of event professionals around the world.\r\nResponsibilities Design and prototype elegant experiences for event professionals and guests across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet, messaging)\r\nCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering and User Research to ensure a smooth, user-driven product development process\r\nCollaborate with Marketing to steward an awesome brand\r\nExecute in a highly fluid environment where thought and initiative are valued\r\nDesired Qualifications 5+ years experience building and shipping products for mobile and desktop\r\nAn exceptional portfolio of (shipped) creative product design that showcases your visual and interaction design talents\r\nAbility to self-manage multiple projects, deadlines and deliverables\r\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with major stakeholders throughout the design process\r\nProficient in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools\r\nBasic HTML/CSS knowledge, including the latest responsive design techniques\r\nExperience developing high-level product strategy\r\nA passion for solving complex interaction problems with real-world constraints\r\nBonus Points For Experience running and consuming UX research to help inform product decisions\r\nProficient in using prototyping tools such as Flinto, InVision, Pixate, FramerJS, etc.\r\nBasic JavaScript knowledge\r\nJoin us to Feel empowered by a design-centric team that puts our users front and center\r\nKnow that everything you do will matter.
