Job Title: Box Build Assembler – 1st Shift Location: Seymour, CT Pay: $22–$23 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Box Build Assembler to support the assembly of electronic enclosures and subassemblies. The role requires following assembly instructions, performing quality checks, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and collaborating with a team. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic enclosures and subassemblies according to work instructions and schematicsPerform wiring, soldering, and component placement as requiredConduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specificationsMaintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and completed workIdentify and report defects or issues to supervisionWork closely with team members to ensure production goals are metFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Qualifications Prior experience in electronic assembly preferred but not requiredAbility to read and follow assembly instructions, schematics, and diagramsGood manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to work under time constraints and meet production goalsStrong teamwork and communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands for assembly tasksAbility to lift and handle components and assemblies up to 25 lbsVisual acuity required for component placement and quality inspection Work Environment Electronics manufacturing environment with exposure to moderate noise and moving machineryCompliance with safety guidelines and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
