We're looking for a skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead project delivery from concept through construction while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.Position Summary:The Architectural Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of design and construction projects. Youll ensure timelines, budgets, and design intent are maintained while navigating entitlement, permitting, and coordination efforts. Youll work closely with ownership and play a key role in realizing the vision for each development.Key Responsibilities:Manage architectural project delivery from pre-design through construction administration.Lead coordination with consultants, engineers, and contractors to align project goals.Oversee entitlement and permitting processes with city agencies.Prepare and review design documents, schedules, and cost projections.Conduct site visits and support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, punch lists).Ensure code compliance (CBC, ADA, OSHPD if applicable).Support the internal development team with feasibility and space planning evaluations.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters in Architecture or related field.California Architectural License strongly preferred.610 years of architectural experience with at least 3 years in a project management role.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.Knowledge of California Building Code, Title 24, and local zoning processes.Experience with commercial, residential, and/or healthcare projects.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary: $100,000 $120,000/year (DOE)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and holidays401(k) retirement planOpportunity to directly shape meaningful projects across Orange County
