Join us in shaping a future where computers truly come alive.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Sesame’s data collection and annotation initiatives. In this role, you will gather data requirements from research and product teams, prioritize projects, identify and manage internal or external resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality data.\nResponsibilities:\nLead audio data collection and annotation efforts at Sesame.\nCollaborate with research and product teams to understand and formalize their requirements.\nIdentify and manage internal resources and/or external vendors to complete data tasks.\nEnsure the delivery of high-quality work.\nWork closely with tooling engineers to support data-related tasks.\nOversee data acquisition processes.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.\n5+ years of experience working with machine learning researchers and engineers.\nProven experience leading data labeling projects.\nExperience managing full-time employees or contractors involved in data labeling.\nExpertise in writing technical specifications for data annotation pipelines.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nUnderstanding of ML data pipelines and their applications.\nExperience working with LLMs.\nFamiliarity with data labeling for audio technologies, such as speech recognition and speech synthesis.\nSesame is committed to a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.
