Your expertise in automated software solutions for life sciences manufacturing and quality control will be pivotal in driving business development and direct sales of enterprise software and process automation technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with a dynamic team to meet and exceed annual sales goals for software licenses and services.Lead the sales process from lead identification to closing deals focused on electronic data management for life sciences manufacturing and quality control.Maintain and update a detailed sales funnel using our CRM system.Provide accurate and timely reports to management, detailing sales forecasts, market activities, and progress on new product launches.Represent the company at industry trade shows, presenting products and solutions compellingly to potential clients.Work closely with marketing to develop innovative campaigns that attract new customers.Partner with product strategy teams to identify business challenges and develop new strategic solutions.Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction during project implementations.Maintain high personal standards, including integrity, professionalism, and a positive corporate image.Travel as needed to meet client and business demands.Work autonomously from your home office while contributing to the team's success.Who You AreYou possess a B.S. in Life Sciences, preferably with a focus on cell and gene therapy manufacturing, CDMO manufacturing, biologics, or microbiology.You bring 5+ years of experience in complex sales environments, successfully navigating customer-facing roles.You have experience selling informatics, analytics, and process automation software solutions to the life sciences industry.You are a skilled leader, communicator, and negotiator with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.You possess specific knowledge of cGMP manufacturing processes (e.g., Cell and Gene Therapy, Biologics, CDMO, Fill/Finish, Upstream/Downstream) or QC Microbiology processes.Prior experience selling MES, EBR, or LIMS solutions is strongly preferred.What We OfferThis position offers a competitive compensation package reflecting your skills, experience, and qualifications.
