The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional admin duties. Responsible for greeting, directing, and helping all incoming visitors, vendor, or job applicants.\nEssential Job Function:\nAnswers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.\nGreets and directs visitors to the company.\nMail runs to post office.\nAccept and sort office and warehouse deliveries.\nProvides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website, and other related information.\nCoordinate office supplies inventory with purchasing/ warehouse manager.\nKeep inventory of supplies in break rooms.\nCoordinate courier services.\nAssist with other related administrative duties such as photocopying, plotting, and filing.\nAssist with invoicing clients.\nAssist office staff when needed with various work including special mailings and overflow work for team.\nConference room set-up/ clean up (food and/or drinks preparation): kitchen maintenance.\nMaintain job site housing for project personnel.\nMaintain Eagle office roster.\nCode and process temporary labor timecards.\nCode company credit card to proper cost codes.\nOrganize and maintain front lobby appearance (includes company product) in a clear an orderly manner.\nAssist with scheduling meeting rooms.\nAssist with fleet management.\nRegular and predictable attendance is expected to meet the requirements of this position.\nAssist with other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nMust be approved to drive per MTech’s driving standards\nHigh school diploma required; college degree preferred\nHigh level of client service skills\nCommitted to providing quality client service 100% of the time\nRequires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and good organizational ability\nMust be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously\nProficient with Microsoft office suite\nExperience with CRM systems is a plus\nAbout MTech\nFor 22 years, MTech has had a goal to build a great company with a great reputation.
